The Russian Ambassador to Sri Lanka His Excellency Levan Dzhagaryan told journalists that Volodymyr Zelenskyy was no longer the President of Ukraine as his five year term had ended on 19th May 2024 and had not been extended.
The Russian Ambassador stated so when he attended a press conference held at Russia House on Tuesday (03) in commemoration of International Day of Journalists’ Solidarity and the 120th anniversary of the TASS news agency.
He said that the Russia – Ukraine war had gradually escalated to a war between Russia and the West.
