President Ranil Wickremesinghe has officially removed State Minister of Ports and Aviation Services Premalal Jayasekara, State Minister of Power and Energy Indika Anuruddha, State Minister of Agriculture Priyadarshana de Silva and State Minister of Highways Siripala Gamlath from their respective portfolios with immediate effect.
According to the President’s Media Division (PMD). the decision was made under the authority granted to the President by Article 47(3)(a) of the Constitution of Sri Lanka.
