Former State Engineering Corporation (SEC) Director Nilu Dilhara Wijedasa was arrested by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption yesterday for allegedly misusing state resources to carry out repairs at the UNP headquarters, Sirikotha, in 2019.
According to the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC), Wijedasa has been accused of deploying SEC employees and using equipment for the renovation.
