Speaker Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne, yesterday (21) informed all members of Parliament to wear pink or pink-shaded attire today (22), in view of the “Global Breast Cancer Awareness Month” in October.
The Speaker also announced that the Women Parliamentarians’ Caucus would distribute a badge among all MPs at the Members’ Entrance tomorrow, according to a statement issued by the Department of Communication of Parliament.
